the best part was the super close access to the beach and walking trails. Really enjoyed that! the only downside was check-in took a while. a rejuvenating experience!

fairly clean, luxurious hotel with great location to towradgi pub. friendly service, private parking available onsite. the friendly check-in process too. location close to the beaches and shopping centres, beach local clubs and eateries and the nearest bus stop.

The weather was sunny, had nice stay. This hotel had a central position next to a pub in the suburbs of Wollongong.

The hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, particularly with their flexible check-in service. the location was convenient, situated not too far from the Entrance Town Centre and nestled in a pedestrian area. It’s also conveniently located next to a pub, making it a great spot in the suburbs of Wollongong.

Being co-located with Towradgi Beach Hotel there is a bit of noise but not after 11:00pm.

the rooms are recently renovated and look incredible—much better than the photos! Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Plus, the on-site bar had great food and lively entertainment. It's a perfect spot if you’re heading to the nearby beaches or planning a night out at the local pubs. the staff were friendly too, which made it feel welcoming.

The check-in process could use a bit of fine-tuning. At times, I felt like I was a bit invisible, which was frustrating.

You can walk downhill quickly to the pub, not far from the beach. the rooms are large, clean, and well presented, with amenities like stoves and ovens. the staff are friendly and helpful, with a great concierge. the facility also has a playground for the kids, and a swimming pool, spa, and steam room nearby.

Some of the staff could improve their communication skills when it comes to facilities like microwaves and TVs.
